🌟 Behind every great video, there’s a talented team making the magic happen! Over the next few weeks, we're going to highlight some of the folks that make every project possible. To kick things off, we're spotlighting our Lead Producer & the founder of Fierce Little Bird, Adam K. Allen!

🎥 Who is Adam?
Adam fell in love with film in middle school. He went on to Ball State University, where he received his B.A. with honors in Digital Video Production, Theatrical Studies, & French. After spending a year abroad teaching English in France, he came back and - after a brief period - founded Fierce Little Bird. He’s since produced hundreds of projects for clients across every industry, ranging from independent artists to multi-million dollar corporations. When he's not working with FLB, Adam is also a professional actor, performing on stage, TV, film, radio, & in various voice over projects. He also loves baking & sharing his bakes with his friends & family.

🔧 What makes their role special?
As Lead Producer, Adam oversees the day-to-day operations of FLB, from establishing & maintaining client relationships, to project ideation & execution, to production logistics & crew buildouts. Adapting to project needs, Adam can be seen directing projects & conducting interviews, while also operating the camera on some shoots.

🌐 A favorite moment or project?
"Every client to me is unique, regardless of the project specs. Every business & every individual within a business has something that makes their story unique. That's part of what keeps this job interesting! That said, producing Brand Stories like we've made for the Carmel Christkindlmarkt and Wind & Throttle are my favorite because I get to work more closely with clients to show people not just why they should patronize a business, but why they should CARE about it. It's a great way for me to marry corporate videography with narrative film production."
