🌏☃️❄️ Recap of the Winter Wonderland that is MUNUC Shanghai 2023!

During Winter Break, members of our Executive Committee and other MUNUC members traveled to Shanghai, China to co-host a conference with WELAND International and the Shanghai Foreign Language School (SFLS). This exciting conference, which hosted 7 committees and nearly 500 delegates, provided an unforgettable experience and helped bring community and excitement to the participants, many who had never attended a model UN conference before! 🧑‍🏫🌟

Below are the engaging committees from MUNUC Shanghai!

🔹DISEC: Weaponization of Artificial Intelligence
🔹 IOC: Proposing Host Country Criteria
🔹WHO: Mental Health in Developing Countries
🔹UNHRC: Topic A - Protection of Minority Languages, Topic B - Public Education for Children
🔹CSW: Equal Access to Education
🔹OAS: Organization of American States
🔹UNSC: Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam

MUNUC is grateful for this collaboration with WELAND and SFLS and the ability to provide a valuable learning experience to all the delegates. MUNUC celebrates and cherishes this opportunity and looks forward to future collaborations and partnerships! 🩵🤝
