Meet Roxana Fabian, one of the hardworking people behind BC Dining! She works at Stuart Dining Hall as a food service worker, making the amazing Stuninis we all know and love and ensuring everything for Grab & Go is ready to fuel your busy schedules!

Originally from Guatemala, Roxana came to the U.S. at 19. She spent over 13 years at McDonald’s and Dunkin’ before joining BC Dining as a temporary worker. Since then, she’s been serving smiles and food for over two years. She cherishes memories like cheering on the Eagles at Alumni with her kids, and she mentioned how “everything and every day is for them.”

One of her favorite activities is to start her morning with a walk to “enjoy the fresh air.” When asked about her favorite food, she mentioned tamales, particularly when the holiday season rolls around!
