Post competition means Michele cuts me loose for a couple weeks and I get to do what I want 😂.
Sometimes I can get a little lost not knowing what to do, but I always want to keep moving a bit. I usually get on ardor.fitness.app and get it to cook me up something fun that’ll keep me moving forward, but lets me avoid any little injuries or things I need to rest up.
