Butter 9-5 inch loaf cake pan. • Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt into a medium bowl and set aside.⠀ • in the bowl of an stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat on medium speed for 5 more minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary. Add the eggs, one at a time, making sure each one is fully incorporated before adding the next. Beat in vanilla.⠀ • With the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture in three batches, alternating with the milk.⠀ •Take 1/2 cup of batter to the small bowl mix with 2 tbsp dark process cacao powder •Take 1/4 cup batter small bowl mix with 1 tbsp cacao powder.Return the main batter to the stand mixer and add 1/4 cup flour and mix again. • Squeeze the batter with piping bag or with a spoon according to your desire (watch my reels to see how i did) and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center of each layer comes out clean, rotating pans halfway through for even baking.
