[#BCArrupe Highlight] In early January, six remarkable groups of BC students, faculty, and staff embarked on immersion experiences and embraced the Ignatian call to accompaniment and solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the globe. Arrupe invites students to engage the world with a contemplative heart, while exploring themes of racial justice, sustainability, human rights, migration, and faith. Empowered by their encounters, participants are called to discern how they might respond to the complex realities they have witnessed, translating their experiences into a faith that does justice. 

This year, our groups journeyed to:
📍 El Paso-Juárez, USA/Mexico Border, in partnership with Encuentro Project
📍 Puebla, Mexico, in partnership with Enlaces Comunitarios Internacionales
📍 South Africa, with the support of YouthAlive and the Center for Global Education and Experience at Augsburg University
📍 Arcatao, El Salvador, in partnership with CRISPAZ
📍 El Ocotillo, El Salvador, in partnership with Morazán
