If you're planning on taking on the blue skies and sandy beaches like Sergeant Sensible, remember to:⁣
🌞 Pack sunscreen.⁣
🌞 Swim between the red and yellow flags at a lifesavingvic patrolled beach.⁣
🌞 Be aware of alcohol-free zones.⁣
🌞 Be considerate of noise and behaviour around public and residential spaces.⁣
🌞 Don’t leave valuables unattended on the beach or in your car.⁣⁣
🌞 Report any anti-social or criminal behaviour to your local police station.⁣
🌞 Never leave kids or pets in cars.⁣
⁣
If your plans involve heading out on the water, remember to:⁣⁣
⛵ Slow your vessel to 5 knots when near other boats, ramps, jetties, swimmers, surfers and the shore.⁣
⛵ Avoid driving personal watercraft too close to boating zones, the shore or near swimmers.⁣
⛵ Wear a lifejacket.⁣
