The classic wedge salad, but make it spicy 😮‍💨🔥 Kick your salad up a notch with Chile Crunch’s perfect blend of spice and crunch! 😋 Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
    •    Iceberg lettuce (cut into wedges)
    •    Cherry tomatoes (halved)
    •    Red onion (sliced)
    •    Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
    •    Chives (chopped)
    •    Chile Crunch Original

Homemade Ranch Dressing:
    •    1/2 cup mayo
    •    1/2 cup sour cream
    •    2 Tbsp each chives, dill, parsley 
    •    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    •    2 garlic cloves (grated)
    •    Salt & pepper to taste
    •    1-2 Tbsp water (for consistency)

Instructions:
    1.    Cut iceberg lettuce into wedges.
    2.    Place bacon on foil lined baking sheet. Put in pre-heated oven at 400F for 15-20 min
    3.    Ranch Dressing: Mix mayo, sour cream, herbs, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Adjust with water for desired consistency.
    4.    Assemble: Place lettuce wedges on a plate. Drizzle with ranch, then top with tomatoes, onion, bacon, chives, and Chile Crunch.
