## Caption

Ingredients (serves about 4 glasses):
4 oz. Elderflower liqueur
3 oz. Dragon fruit simple syrup
juice of 1/2 grapefruit
juice of 1/2 orange
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
1 & 1/2- 2 cups prosecco
top with club soda (about 1 cup, but feel free to add more to dilute sweetness)
serve in a glass over ice, or as is in a chilled glass
Dragon fruit simple syrup:
Combine 1 cup water with 1 tbs. Dragon fruit powder
Combine dragon fruit water with 1 cup of sugar, then bring to a boil
Once boiling, give it a stir then remove from heat
Let the mixture thicken for 5-10 minutes, then store in a jar once completely cooled
