I needed this reminder, so maybe you do, too. #BrooksPartner 

I just finished my first race since the NYC Marathon, the Manhattan 10K, and I was a bit disappointed by my time. I have a lot of work to do; however, I found my time from last year and saw that I have actually made progress. 

Whether it’s something serious or a hobby like running, sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees.

Keep going and showing up. :)
