I’ve been working with this pair of twins — shailkellyy and lekhkelly — for a couple of years. They’re juniors in high school now and we just introduced the formbasketballtrainer to their workouts

“We’ve been using the cube before practices and games and it’s been helping us concentrate on our form and find our rhythm,” they told me

There are so many ways to improve as a basketball player but your shooting form is probably the most important thing you can focus on — especially if you’re a young player
