Ran a 13:13.4 5k to officially kick off the 2025 indoor racing campaign!! One second off a PB and it feels damn good to be strong again after a year that was chalk full of disappointment. 

Dug up the old Delaware running company singlet out of the archives for this one. In 2012 yung HS parsoni ran a 14:53 indoor 5k at the armory. Hope that kid in the last photo would be stoked to see I’m still chasing the dream and got a proper haircut.
