Monday night dinners IN for 2025, and we’re making it our new date night tradition. This week, we went to cobis.la, and it did not disappoint. Cozy atmosphere, bold flavors, and the kind of spot you could sit in for hours.

Here’s what we ordered:
Pork dumplings – crispy, flavorful, juicyyy
Honey nut squash – sweet, savory, surprisingly good
Beef rendang – rich, tender, packed with spice
Roti – buttery, flaky, perfect for dipping
Dry-aged branzino – crispy skin, light and fresh

Safe to say, this one’s staying on the rotation. Where to next Monday? Open to all suggestions.
