roll the dice, Vegas lights, strike twice. 🎲🎲

1. Pro Solo - 1:05:10 - 5th u24 / 32nd Overall 

Refreshing. A weird word to use to describe a race but after my poor performance in Chicago it felt really good to hit 65. I had personal best splits on sleds (push & pull) and lunges while maintaining nearly identical run splits 2-7. I felt smooth.

Elated to execute a sound race tape to tape. Having a tiny bit of regret not starting to push a bit earlier finishing less than a minute slower than my Pro PR. I crossed the finish line and felt like I had more gas in the tank. I was feeling great through 5 and should have just dug in. 

New baseline is set. Lots and lots of work to do before June! Grateful for the grind. 

2. Pro Doubles - 57:18 - 3rd u30 / 7th Overall 🥉

I chased Marc from start to finish Saturday night in Men's Pro. To no surprise, I chased him again in this race. Thankfully we were on the same team this time. 

The Pro Doubles field was stacked. Elite 15 athletes, CrossFit Games athletes, powerhouse hybrid athletes from all disciplines. Painfully electrifying to be a part of. I'm stoked about our 57! I wish I had more to give on the runs. My legs just did not have the extra gear after Saturday's race.

Marc, you're a work horse! Thank you for rippin' pro dubs with me. I have been watching you consistently raise the bar for the last two years & it was truly epic to race with you.
