The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P'F"T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your current fitness level is. This mini-HYROX event delivers a universal workout challenge that gives a perfect introduction to the major HYROX races.⁠

What is HYROX?⁠

HYROX bridges the gap between traditional endurance events with functional fitness, to create a race format for every Body.⁠
The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times.⁠
This combination of functional exercises and endurance makes HYROX unique yet still attainable for people from varying athletic and fitness backgrounds.⁠

50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)⁠
100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)⁠
