February is National Senior Independence Month! 🏡💛 Meals on Wheels West makes independent living a reality for the clients we serve. Through our nutritious home-delivered meals, Wellness Checks, Community Connections Friendly Calls, and referrals to partner agencies, we ensure that aging in place is possible.

A recent poll found that 88% of adults ages 50-80 want to remain in their own homes as they age. Our services help make that goal a reality, providing the support and nourishment needed to thrive at home.

💙 You can help make a difference! Join us as a delivery volunteer and bring meals, Wellness Checks, and companionship to seniors in our community. We have opportunities on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 10:45 AM and 2:45 PM.
