Ursula Rose is a dedicated mentor with a passion for learning. This year, she and her daughter will each complete their master’s degrees just months apart—an amazing milestone to share. ♥️💡

At HPE, Ursula is known as a trusted partner and problem solver. As a senior executive assistant, she’s someone her colleagues can always rely on to go the extra mile. Beyond her role at work, Ursula makes a lasting impact through her mentorship. As the Engagement and Allyship Chair for the Global BEN, she helps at-risk teens stay on track to graduate high school and pursue college. She’s also a dedicated ally for the Veteran’s Resource Group, the Women’s Network, and PRIDE, as well as mentoring younger team members at HPE. 

Her advice? “Always look for the opportunity to engage people and be a source of truth and support for them,” she says. “Never limit yourself and never stop learning.” 💚 #WeAreHPE #BHM #BlackHistoryMonth
