Flower Lemon Tarts 🍋🌼 Spring is just around the corner and I cannot wait to feel the sunshine again! 😍 these mini lemon tarts were so easy to make and so yummy too!

Just roll out some pie crust, cut out some flowers, poke, then bake in a mini cupcake tray at 350F for 10 minutes. I added Bonne Maman lemon curd to each one but any filling would work! ✨
