If you know our co-founder, Darrell Forte, you know his heart for teaching, mentoring, and walking alongside young Black men as they navigate life’s journey.

In his own words: “I hope to provide a space where Black boys can be boys. Where they have spaces where they can feel safe.”

This summit is more than an event—it’s a movement. A place where young men can be seen, heard, and empowered. A place where they can ask questions, dream big, and build lasting relationships with mentors and peers who genuinely care about their success.
