2025 and the smile is finally making a come back. 

It’s been 6 months since my Bells Palsy happened. I feel like I still have about 5% healing left, but I am happy with my progress. 😏

It wasn’t easy to get to this place. It has taken a lot of facial therapy, holistic medication and methods, reiki, meditation, prayer and shifting my mindset into reminding myself that no matter what, I am going to keep going. 💫🌙

Finding peace, clarity and purpose in my journey is a challenge every day. But, I’m thankful, hopeful and Blessed through it all ✨
