It's Saturday, so that means it's time for another #SaturdaySnapshot. In 1966, Bob Hope, notable for his service to military men through the USO, visited Cape Coral. He received the local AM/VET chapter’s Patriot of the Year award and locals declared “Bob Hope Day” in his honor. Around 5,000 people from across Southwest Florida turned out to see him on that particular day.✨📸
