The lil MK7 that could 🥹

Every great story has a moment where everything goes wrong — the hero faces defeat, the dream seems out of reach, and quitting feels easier than pushing forward. That was us when our VW MK7 blew up. The engine was toast, and we were 4 hours away from home and the future was uncertain. But here’s the thing about moments like that: they’re just plot twists, not endings.

Instead of walking away, we rolled up our sleeves, & sourced a trailer to get the car home while still enjoying and making the best of our weekend while at Dubs at The Lake. These were the last photos of the MK7 until later last year when we completed the full engine rebuild and now it’s back better than ever.

Whatever you’re building — a car, a dream, or a life — know this: resilience is your greatest tool. When things fall apart, that’s your cue to create something better. Keep going. Keep wrenching.
