As the Founder of Project Spark, I am on a mission to promote positive mental wellness! 

Positivity is one of the hardest topic of news to promote. Everyone loves a good sob story that makes them feel all the emotions and feeling good in the end, but nobody is really looking for daily SOLUTIONS to promote their mental health. 

CREATIVITY is the foundation to building a positive mindset. And NO!!! It’s not just art or drawing. Creativity is in everything that you do. Whether it’s strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, cooking, LIFTING, even BREATHING is a form of creativity (You literally inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.. that’s creative asf).

As people we must take the opportunity to find an outlet that takes us away from the draining everyday routines society has forced us to embrace.. GO CREATE SOMETHING AND RELEASE THOSE DAILY STRESSORS!
