RECOVERY DAY 😌

Days like this I like to hit the gym and treat it as a self care day. Getting in the pool takes stress off the body while getting some work in. Helps with flexibility, balance, stability etc. Def great for low impact cross training. 

Then i like to hop in the sauna or steam room and use my Graston Tool to scrap my muscles. It helps with relieving tight areas, gain more mobility in the soft tissue and increases blood circulation. Order on Amazon.
