This weekend was one to remember! About 3 weeks ago I was struggling to even stand without help of others or a walker. This weekend I competed bars for the first time since my injury. This bar routine proved to me that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. It took countless hours of rehab and working with my trainer and coaches. The amount of sacrifice @black_zeb my athletic trainer has put in to help me come back is truly amazing and I’m so grateful for his dedication to help me! @cardockendorf and my other coaches have helped me through this process and journey keeping me in the right state of mind so I could be the best teammate and athlete I could be. My roommates and teammates have been my biggest support throughout this and I’m grateful for them. And to my parents and brothers who have helped me through everything even when I say I could do things on my own when clearly I couldn’t, I love you all and I’m so grateful for the love and support! Thank you to everyone who has helped me get to where I am. Thank you to all my followers for all the love and support! I am taking it day by day and slowly improving and trying to come back stronger than before!
