The Brook Kitchen + Bar inside of The Loom Hotel theloomhotelri  hit us with some insanely unique and flavorful dishes including curry mussels, a baccala gnocchi, juicy pork  and so much more. 

The chef behind each of these masterpieces has carefully curated the menu using his years of experience working with fresh fish and seafood. 

Did I mention they have igloos?! This hidden gem is certainly one that we will be hitting again.
