## Caption

Only 2.8% of all popular songs are produced by women. Bose, Porsche, and She Is The Music invited producers and hitmakers to the studio to show us how it’s done—Anne-Marie, singer and songwriter, Jenn Decilveo, award-winning producer and songwriter, and Megan Lewis, producer and songwriter.

Three women. Three hours. One song from scratch. #TurnTheDial

Turn The Dial is a commitment to helping music be all that it can be by increasing the number of producers of all genders—not just men. To realize the full power of sound, the people making music need to be as diverse as the people listening. It’s time to turn the dial.
