Jay, a 19-year-old computer engineering student from Junagadh, started editing videos at the age of 14. WhatsApp helped Joy Invite to build trust among potential customers, and drive direct leads through ads that click to WhatsApp. Today all of Joy Invite's leads come through WhatsApp. Their clientele has expanded beyond Gujarat, reaching countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Malaysia. This success has propelled Jay’s one-man team into a thriving business of 13 individuals, including experts in sales, social media, editing, and graphic design. Joy Invite now handles around 150 clients a month, and WhatsApp allows them to run the entire process more quickly and efficiently, saving the business money and time.
