Ashley from bestdressed shows us four quick, easy half updos that come together in only a few minutes. She uses Aveda products to prep her hair for soft, beachy waves, and then incorporates a few accessories to complete the look. 

A half updo is a great way to mix up your everyday look, whether it’s something new to wear to work, a get-together with friends, or a special event. Ashley starts out by creating some loose, casual waves using Aveda’s Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair to prep her damp hair, and then a 1” curling iron to lock in the style. She adds definition with Aveda’s Texture Tonic, which provides a loose hold and adds shine for all-day wear. Each updo look comes together with just one added accessory to clip up a section of hair, leaving out the face-framing strands in the front.
