## Caption

With a snack company named ‘KIND’ we can bring people together. 
It is ridiculous to accept that we live in a time of fake news, at a time when being right is more important than being kind. 
We accept that businesses can thrive as a not-only-for-profit, and it is naive to believe that making snacks as a way to save the world is a waste of time. 
“Do the kind thing for your body, your taste buds and the world” shouldn’t be sacrificed at the cost of some misguided belief that we focus exclusively on making products for profit and maximizing revenue. 
The idea that believing in the integrity of ingredients and in people may save us. 
We should move past the problems that got us here. We should instead focus on empathy and understanding, it’s a more effective way to bridge divides than focusing on beating the other side and imposing our will. 
We can bring our nation together and it is time to move past the belief that being kind will never be the solution.
