"If you know me, you know I am always on the hunt for solutions for my clients, expectant and new parents. Living in the city where our modes of mobility are primarily walking, biking, subways, taxis and Ubers it’s always a struggle to find the most elegant solution for transporting children. When you have a baby, you want products that are safe, effective and of the highest quality. One of the greatest challenges new parents face in NYC, or any urban center for that matter, is transporting your little ones.

Introducing my new favorite and elegant solution for family mobility, The Maxi-Cosi Coral XP. It's a 3- part carrier system that makes it easy to travel with a newborn whether you drive, travel by taxi, or you’re out for a stroll. It comes with an outer carrier shell that clamps into the base, and an inner carrier shell that separates and allows you to carry the baby with ease. The inner carrier has two modes of carry, what I call the "duffel bag carry," where you hold the grips like a bag, and the cross body carry, made possible by attaching an adjustable flex-strap that allows you to wear the carrier. In this position you can gaze down at the baby with ease while protecting your spine and distributing the weight. And the best part is the inner carrier only weighs [about] 5 pounds- that light y’all!"
