Another week…another run! And thankfully A LOT less miles to cover after the game between Wales and Italy…

Few enough miles I thought I’d use the distance to run myself to a keynshamkings training session to warm up for #SBLIX! 

Week off…and then everything really gets tricky. Ireland. Scotland. England. And I hate to think how many miles I’ll have run by the end of that stretch! 

For now though…going to enjoy the weekend off, and some (hopefully) fresh muscles! 

Plenty of rugby (and running) still to go 🫠
