This month, we honor the incredible achievements of Black athletes who have paved the way in sports and fitness.
🏋️‍♀️ Lenda Murray – 8x Ms. Olympia Champion, one of the most successful bodybuilders in history, and a true inspiration in strength and perseverance.
🎾 Arthur Ashe – Tennis legend, first (and only) Black male player to win Wimbledon, the U.S. Open, and reach World #1. His legacy extends beyond the court as a champion for equality.
