## Caption

Where I started vs where I am now. 

I first picked up a camera to teach myself photography a bit over 10 years ago when I lived in Los Angeles.  One thing I remember attempting was a long exposure of downtown by the 110. I walked away happy with my efforts (see second photo). 

Work brought me back to LA for the first time since moving away. I’ve taken a long journey in photography, growing it from a hobby to a means of a paycheck.  I got a second chance last night to recreate one of my first photographs ever and I can’t get over the growth I’ve achieved in these 10 years. 

Keep learning.  Keep pushing the envelope.  And if it’s something you are passionate about, make the time to pursue self improvement.  Maybe I can return in 10 years to try this again.
