## Caption

Nick Sirianni and Ryan Day were supposed to be fired. But Eagles GM Howie Roseman and Ohio State AD Ross Bjork trusted the process. Sirianni led the Eagles to two Super Bowls in four seasons — and finally won one. Day made the playoff in four of six seasons, yet because he couldn’t beat Michigan, fans wanted him gone. Both faced relentless criticism. Both stayed the course. And both reached the top of their sport. Lesson: Fans shouldn’t decide who gets fired. #coaching #cfb #collegefootball #nfl #nflfootball
