## Caption

Track isn’t always a team sport, but it can be one.

It’s a team sport when you are simultaneously crying sad tears about your own race & happy tears about your teammate’s race.

It’s a team sport when your training partner gets a new personal best and you were there with them through all the hard workouts.

It’s a team sport when you feel like your performance determines your worth, and your teammate reminds you that you are more than your athletic accomplishments.

It’s a team sport when you meet a new friend on the starting line and work together lap after lap to reach your goals.

Track can be a team sport, and it’s so much more rewarding when it is🤍
