The Riverwood JV Golf Team defeated Mount Vernon 144-164 in the season opener at Steel Canyon Golf Club.

Top scores for the Raiders were junior Jonah Hyman (35), freshman Mason Stern and sophomore Kamran Procter (36), and sophomore Cooper Wooden and juniors Shea Stern and Sam Novotny (37). Freshman Will Martiny was right behind at 38. 

In a separate senior match, Sam Cooper (35) and Nicolas Bell (36) easily defeated their opponents 71-80.
