Pear Tarte Tatin 🍐🎄

This was my first time trying Pear Tarte Tatin, and I think it might be a new favorite! I used  harryanddavid fresh pears for this cozy winter dessert. 

You start by layering pears in a baking pan, add a rich caramel sauce, and top with puff pastry. It’s so simple to make and perfect for this cold weather! (Recipe on the Harry & David Blog)
