Sizzling steak meets crisp greens and crunchy veggies in this mouthwatering, protein-rich grilled steak salad! #AD Featuring Marzetti Simply Balsamic Vinaigrette it is a delicious, protein-packed meal.  It’s the perfect balance of flavors and textures, and it’s so easy to make. Just grill your favorite cut of steak, and serve it over a fresh salad, with your fave toppings. We topped ours with fresh blue cheese crumbles, avocado, and lots of colorful veggie goodness. This made for a tasty lunch for Jared and I this past weekend.

Ingredients
.
•	1lb pound steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank steak) * you can also use Marzetti Simply Balsamic Vinaigrette as a marinade! 
•	1 tablespoon butter
•	1 teaspoon salt
•	1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•	10 ounces of spinach
•	2 roma tomatoes, sliced 
•	4 thinly sliced rainbow peppers
•	1 avocado sliced thin
•	1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
•	1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese cheese
•	Marzetti Simply Balsamic Vinaigrette

Make
.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 
Melt butter on grill
Add steak to grill and season generously with salt and pepper. 
Grill steak to desired doneness. 
Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. 
In a large bowl, combine spinach, tomatoes, sliced peppers, avocado, red onion, and blue cheese. 
Add sliced steak to salad. 
Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing. 
Serve immediately with Marzetti Simply Balsamic Vinaigrette.
