This is my favorite way to make pulled pork!

Pork shoulder roasts come in my ButcherBox , so I started experimenting with the best way to cook them. I have made them in my Instant Pot and in my crockpot, but hands down, slow baking the roast in a dutch oven yields the best pork.

Last week I posted a recipe for a honey bbq sauce - this pork is delicious served plain, but if you’d like to dress it up for a special meal, the homemade bbq sauce is a dream pairing!

My son eats bowls of this pork for snacks, it’s so good!
