So many times for a goaltender to perform at their peak, the adjustments are small and you already possess what is needed within you. Last night I had a very productive session with rmurph_77 . It all started with his communication and simplifying the approach to his game. As a coach, our job isn’t to get athletes to play the way we envision; it is our job to identify their strengths and get them to effectively execute with those talents in games. Big 52 save, 2-1 win for the NJ Colonials U18AAA squad tonight! Great work, Murph!
