I broke my own rule! 

Vacations are typically my time to unwind, relax and forget about work, life and everything in between (personal and professional). 

Anytime I take a vacation, (which is VERY rare) I make it a point to shut my laptop, turn off my cell phone and leave my camera at home. 

This time around was a bit different. When my beautiful wife avjensen_15 suggested I’d regret it if I didn’t bring my camera to the Amalfi Coast…I was a bit hesitant. I didn’t want my photography to take away from our vacation and time together. Boy was she right! If you have never been to the Amalfi Coast …add it to your bucket list asap. Easily one of the most beautiful places I have visited in the world. 

Focusing my career primarily on sports and music, I had never really attempted any kind of landscape or street photography before. Needless to say I am obsessed with these photos (and Italy)! Looks like something straight off a postcard. 

Here are some of my photos of Positano and Amalfi, Italy. Let me know which one is your favorite!

All photos were shot on a Canon R5 and Rf 24-105 f2.8.
(Special shout out to lensrentals for the 24-105. I may have to add that lens to my kit now! 😅)
