Making stuff at home so I don’t have to spend money series.

I’m a sucker for a good eggs Benedict and that requires a hollandaise… which seemed really hard to make but apparently isn’t! 

2 egg yolks
2 tsp of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of lukewarm water
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 

That’s it! Whisk together and then place on medium-low heat and continuously whisk. It will become frothy and then thick. Take off the heat and season with salt and cayenne!
