HYROX Physical Fitness Test🌟

I tried something new today and I’m going to be honest I actually wasn’t going to go because of the way my body felt after this weeks workouts🏋🏽‍♀️ ya girl made it and I was going just for shits & gigs😅 but let me tell you this workout was no joke, the 100 wall balls literally took me out💀after the workout I felt like I had heart burn and I needed my inhaler🥵 with all that work I did it in 26:44min and was first women rookie🌟 I also won a free entry to HYROX Race in 2025 so best believe you’ll see me there! I was asked multiple times how’d I train for this and guys it’s that ACL rehab, it’s no joke🤣You’d be very surprised to see what your body can do! Thanks bestie riss.horton for letting me know about this and thank you fitbodybootcamp_westlake for putting this on! It was so much fun‼️🌟🫶🏽
