Caminata por la montaña primera vez después de 6 años de tener una lesión en la médula espinal. Nací en Caracas, Venezuela rodeado de montañas y una de mis actividades favoritas como siempre es estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Después de quedar paralizado pensé que estas actividades no iban a ser posibles o que nunca llegaría el momento y resultó que estaba equivocado. Todo sucede en el momento adecuado aunque no seamos conscientes de ello. Fue más que asombroso, recargador y gratificante estar rodeado de nuevo por la energía mágica de la naturaleza. De eso se trata la vida: de poder coleccionar experiencias del momento presente que traigan alegría a nuestros corazones porque todo es posible y somos LIMITLESS!

First time hiking after 6 years of having a spinal cord injury. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela surrounded by mountains and one of my favorite activities as always being to be in contact with nature. After getting paralyzed I thought these activities were not going to be possible or that the moment would never come and it turn out I was wrong. Everything happens in the right moment even if we are not aware of it. It was beyond amazing, recharging and gratifying to be surrounded again by the magical energy of nature. That is what life is all about: to be able to collect present moment experiences that bring joy to our hearts because anything is possible and we are limitless!!
