During #NCLS2025, Air Force Cross recipient and usairforce combat controller, CMSgt Robert Gutierrez Jr. delivered an unforgettable message on the mission-first mindset, inspiring our cadets to push beyond limits and embrace the warrior ethos.

Beyond the stage, Gutierrez:
✅ Shared breakfast with usafaprepofficial cadet candidates
✅ Toured the combat arms training range with the Combat Shooting Team
✅ Worked out with the Sandhurst and Special Warfare cadet clubs

His presentation also inspired many cadets, including C3C James Stephens.
