Geneva Fackler (Fy. | Plymouth, Minn. | Wayzata) racked up wins in the 200, 500, and 1650 freestyle races at the MIAC Championships. She also helped the Gusties to victory in the 200 and 800 freestyle relays. Fackler is the Gusties' first MIAC Women's Swimmer of the Year in a decade, the second MIAC athlete to win both Rookie and Swimmer of the Year in a career, and the first - women's or men's - to receive both honors in the same season.
