Teaching Tux to walk off-leash has been an incredible journey! 🐾 Here are some tips we’ve found invaluable:

	1.	Start with a Long Line: Using a long leash gives Tux the freedom to explore while ensuring safety.

	2.	Practice in Enclosed Areas: We began our off-leash training in secure spaces like dog parks, allowing Tux to roam without risks.

	3.	Consistent Recall and Engagement: Regularly practicing recall commands keeps Tux attentive and responsive, even amidst distractions.

	4.	Positive Reinforcement: Rewarding Tux with his favorite treats (cheese is a hit!) reinforces good behavior and motivates him during training.

	5.	Monitor Behavior: Observing Tux’s reactions helps us understand his comfort levels and adjust our training approach accordingly.

	6.	Environmental Awareness: Choosing calm, distraction-free environments sets Tux up for success during off-leash sessions.
