## Caption

This condo renovation was all about embracing bold design choices while working with what was already there (a common scenario with renovations!). A few highlights:

In the bathroom, we swapped out the old lighting for a sleek new sconce, added a fresh vanity mirror, and gave the space a whole new feel with miltonandking wallpaper. The existing vanity stayed, just refreshed with a new coat of paint.

One bedroom plays up the raw texture of exposed brick, keeping things clean and modern. The other bedroom has a more dramatic look with a deep black wallpaper that adds richness and depth.

A little contrast, a little texture, and a lot of personality- studiomak.co did a great job blending all that!
