16 Week Transformation 

S/o to Asia. She really put the work in for this one. 

She had the will to work for her fitness goals but didn’t have the structure that aligned with her lifestyle to obtain the results she wanted 

After we came up with a plan with her nutrition and workouts, she dialed in and stay consistent.

She lost 16 lbs and completely changed her body composition. Her back is insane 🔥🔥🔥😭
